Machon Jewellers ("we", "us", "our") is a retailer of new luxury timepieces, operating from 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.

Products and authenticity

All timepieces offered for sale are new and genuine, supported by our authenticity guarantee. All brand names and trademarks remain the property of their respective proprietors.

Product information and pricing

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, images and prices displayed on the Site are accurate. All prices are stated in pounds sterling (GBP) and may be revised without prior notice. Where a pricing or descriptive error is identified, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a refund in full.

Warranty

Returns and refunds

Delivery

Delivery of orders is governed by the terms of our Shipping Policy.

Use of the Site

You undertake to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order and to use the Site solely for lawful purposes. You must be 18 years of age or older, or have attained the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, in order to make a purchase.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of or in connection with the Site or the goods supplied shall not exceed the purchase price of the item concerned, and we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising out of these terms or any purchase made through the Site. Nothing in this clause shall affect your statutory rights as a consumer, including any right to bring proceedings before the courts of your country of residence.
