Machon Jewellers ships worldwide from the United Kingdom. Every order is sent fully insured via DHL Express and requires a signature on delivery for your security.
Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within one business day. Orders are not shipped on weekends or UK public holidays.

Shipping is charged in your local currency at checkout, based on your delivery region:

- Europe: EUR 15 — 2–3 business days
- United States: USD 30 — 2–4 business days
- Canada: CAD 40 — 3–5 business days
- United Arab Emirates: AED 80 — 2–4 business days

- Rest of the world: USD 35 — 3–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and are not guaranteed, as transit can be affected by customs clearance and carrier delays.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment.
