Machon Jewellers is a London-based retailer of new luxury timepieces, shipping worldwide from the United Kingdom. We sell watches the way we would want to buy them: brand new, fully inspected, clearly described, and delivered insured to your door.

What we sell

Every timepiece we offer is brand new and genuine, backed by our authenticity guarantee. We do not sell pre-owned or worn stock. Each watch is inspected by our team before it is packed, and it leaves us unworn and complete, with protective film, stickers and tags intact and bracelet links unresized. What is included with a particular watch is listed on its product page.

How we work

Buying a watch online should not require a leap of faith. We publish exactly what we commit to across our Shipping, Returns & Refunds, Warranty, Privacy and Terms pages, and we answer questions before you order rather than after. If you would like additional photographs or details of a specific piece, email us and we will send them.

Delivery and aftercare

Orders are dispatched within one business day and sent fully insured via DHL Express, with a tracking number by email and a signature required on delivery. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if an item arrives not as described or with a manufacturing defect, and we cover return shipping on approved returns with no restocking fee. Warranty cover applicable to your timepiece is set out in our Warranty Policy.
